We can review existing drawings to bring a fresh perspective, reverse engineer a sample product, or convert an original idea into a custom-designed component. With our machining and fabrication technologies, we can build products in complex shapes and configurations while upholding precision tolerances. We offer various finishing options, including tin, silver, nickel, lead, and tin/lead electroplating. Multiple forms of insulation are available, such as insulating films, epoxy powder coatings, and heat shrink tubing.

We operate a lean, Six Sigma manufacturing environment, our quality assurance is certified to ISO 9001 and AS9100D standards, and we are ITAR compliant. Along with dimensional measurement, we use partial discharge, ampacity, and hipot testing to ensure parts are defect-free and conform to specifications. We also offer PPAP services. Our facility incorporates a clean room dedicated to sensitive materials and processes, and we provide additional services, including assembly & kitting, component identification marking, and hardware insertion.
